Everything You Need To Know About Our Partnerships
Healthcare should be simple and in reach. That's why Twentyeight Health is excited to announce expanded healthcare services through our new partnerships with several Medicaid insurance plans, making reproductive and sexual healthcare more accessible and affordable than ever. Whether you're looking for birth control options, planning for pregnancy, or seeking preventive care, these partnerships help ensure you can get the care you need without worrying about cost.
Let's break down what these partnerships mean for you and how you can access these services.
What Are Partnerships?
When Twentyeight Health partners with insurance companies, it means members enrolled in our partnership plans are eligible to receive reproductive and sexual healthcare at low or no cost. This is different from other insurance plans (including Medicaid Plans) we accept, where you might still have a copay, don't have access (yet) to all services, and need to pay $12.99 for the Standard Care Plan.
Think of it this way - we provide the healthcare services, while your insurance plan covers the cost.
This means your birth control and morning-after pill can be covered by your plan and delivered right to your door, and you can message with licensed providers whenever you have questions. With less paperwork and fewer surprise bills, we’ll be able to focus more on what matters most – your health.

When Was Your Last Reproductive Health Check-in?
Life gets busy, and between work, family, and everything else, taking care of your health often takes a backseat. Plus, with rising healthcare costs and limited time for appointments, it's easy to put things off.
But now that your plan covers these services, there's no better time to prioritize your reproductive health (from anywhere you want!). Whether you're looking to start birth control, thinking about pregnancy, or just need a check-in with a provider, we're here to help if:
You want to explore different birth control options or change your current method — with $0 video consultations, home delivery of your prescriptions at no cost, and unlimited messaging with providers to answer all your questions along the way
You're thinking about starting a family or having another child and want to prepare for a healthy pregnancy
You're recently pregnant and looking for support and resources
You need STI prevention care or sexual health guidance
You want to discuss your reproductive health with experienced healthcare providers
You're looking for convenient, confidential care from home
How Do You Get Started?
If you have insurance through one of our partners, getting care is simple:
Check your eligibility: Have your insurance card ready and click here (5 minutes)
Schedule an online video visit: Connect with our healthcare providers from home: Your online visit is quick and thorough - just 15 minutes to discuss everything that matters to you, from your birth control experience to your pregnancy goals. Our providers are usually available within one business day, and they're ready to answer any reproductive or sexual health questions you have. Think of it as a private consultation with an expert, focused entirely on your needs and concerns.
