• Open the protective foil pouch immediately before use.
• Remove the test stick from the pouch and remove the cap.
• Hold the test stick by the easy grip handle.
• Point the absorbent tip downwards in your urine stream for 5 seconds ONLY (or collect a urine sample and place tip in the sample for 20 seconds).
• Replace the cap and lay the test on a flat surface with the windows facing up.
• Read your results after 2 minutes.

After you take a test, you should see a blue line in the control window 2 minutes after taking the test. This means the test has worked.

• Positive result: A plus ‘+’ symbol in the result window indicates a positive result. It doesn’t matter if the lines of the ‘+’ symbol are faint, a ‘+’ sign means there is hCG in your urine, indicating you are pregnant. If you get a positive result, see your healthcare provider who can advise you on what steps you should take next.
• Negative result: A ‘-‘ symbol in the result window means the result is negative. This means no hCG has been detected, which could mean you are pregnant but tested too early, or you’re not pregnant. If you still think you might be pregnant, wait 3 days and test again using a new Accu-Clear® Pregnancy Test. If you still get a negative result and your period has not started, you should see your healthcare provider.
