Find which pharmacy The Pill Club has transferred your prescription to by checking if your RxBIN / RxPCN combination is included in this table.
If your RxBIN / RxPCN combination IS included in the table:
Truepill Pharmacy has your prescription.

If your RxBIN / RxPCN combination is NOT included in the table:
Carepoint Pharmacy has your prescription.

  • If the pharmacy listed above does not have your prescription after reaching out: Please have your local pharmacy reach out to the other pharmacy listed above (either Carepoint or Truepill).
Make a request directly to your preferred local pharmacy so they can reach out to your which pharmacy The Pill Club has transferred your prescription to.  You will need to share the following information with them:
Patient name
Date of birth
Medication name
Name of doctor (you can find this on the label of old prescriptions you received)
Name and contact information of the pharmacy The Pill Club has transferred your prescription to (see step 1)
