You’ve got Q’s? We’ve got A’s. We look forward to supporting you as The Pill Club transitions care of patients to Twentyeight Health
As of June 12, 2023, The Pill Club has ended operations, which means it is no longer serving patients or filling and delivering prescriptions. To provide continuity of care, The Pill Club has safely & securely transferred patient records to Twentyeight Health. For individuals living in states where Twentyeight Health is active, you can receive telemedicine care and/or deliveries through Twentyeight Health.
For individuals living in states where Twentyeight Health is not active, Twentyeight Health is still the custodian of your records and can provide your records to you upon request. Unfortunately, Twentyeight Health will not be able to provide telemedicine services to you at this time.
The Pill Club has split transferring their patient records between Twentyeight Health and Nurx (owned by Thirty Madison).
The Pill Club has transferred records to Twentyeight to support the following:
For all other states and coverage, patients should please reach out to Nurx (owned by Thirty Madison).
Yes, Twentyeight Health currently offers services in your state and accepts most commercial insurance or you can pay out-of-pocket (cash). We will confirm coverage through our partner pharmacy and potential copays once we attempt to process your order.

If you are under the minimum age of consent for your state, you will need to provide parental consent in order for a clinician to write a prescription for you (see “What is the age of consent? What is the age in each state?” FAQ for details). Therefore, we recommend that you sign up with Twentyeight Health directly by clicking here. Use promo code TPC to avoid having to pay another fee for the doctor evaluation (a $26 value).
Of course, you have the right to choose your provider and pharmacy. If you do not want to receive future deliveries with Twentyeight Health, please email contact@twentyeighthealth.com to opt-out.
Twentyeight Health exists to provide affordable, accessible women’s health services — regardless of where you are, where you came from, or where you’re going. With U.S.-based physicians, we offer end-to-end support from telehealth, medication delivery, and care coordination. It’s discreet, affordable, and convenient.
We donate 2% of our revenues to the National Institute for Reproductive Health and Bedsider (by Power to Decide), both working to improve access to reproductive and sexual health care. With every delivery you receive, you also support these great organizations. We also work with Bedsider’s BC Benefits program to provide free birth control to uninsured individuals in financial need.

The Pill Club is transferring patient services, medical records, and prescriptions for birth control, emergency contraception, and internal condoms (FC2) to Twentyeight Health. Twentyeight Health will not be handling skincare prescriptions.
If you’re interested in additional services, Twentyeight Health also offers herpes medication, COVID-19 tests, and prenatal vitamins.
Twentyeight Health will not be prescribing, filling, or delivering skincare medications.
To receive emergency contraception and/or internal condoms (FC2) in the future, you will need to request them each time you want a refill, as insurance companies do not allow us to provide automatic refills for these products. Once your account is set up, you can add internal condoms directly from your dashboard. If you use insurance, you will also need to provide your signature to consent to getting your delivery.
If you need your refill urgently, especially if your next refill is before 7/10, sign up with Twentyeight Health directly as soon as you can by clicking here. Use promo code TPC to avoid having to pay another fee for the doctor evaluation (a $26 value).
If you are not able to sign up directly with Twentyeight Health, it is because The Pill Club shared with us that your next delivery is after 7/10. However, if you need a delivery earlier, please click here.

The Pill Club has safely and securely transferred your medical records to Cariend. They will remain protected and confidential.
You may request a copy of your medical records by visiting http://www.cariend.com, then selecting the “Request Records” tab at the top of their homepage and following the instructions.
Yes, you will get the same birth control brand or equivalent and the same quantity as you received with The Pill Club in most cases, if you’re eligible to receive Twentyeight Health services.
If you pay out-of-pocket and you skip your period with birth control pills, we will send you 3 packs more often than when you received 4 packs per delivery with The Pill Club so that you’re covered.
If you use Medicaid or commercial insurance, the number of packs per delivery will be dictated by your health plan.

If you use your insurance, you will not pay more than your copay (which is often $0), and get at-home home delivery and messaging with doctors at no additional cost.
