2. Role

We are looking for a driven HR Coordinator who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate and execute administrative projects that support the company’s HR work, culture, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration and/or as an executive assistant. Your focus will ultimately support the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal Twentyeight Health team as we continue to grow and scale.

3. Manager

You will report directly to the Chief of Staff, Sami Nagy-Chow, who manages our HR function in addition to board, investor, and CEO strategic support.

4. Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed HR data trackers and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate HR & culture projects such as hiring activities, performance management, annual team retreat, culture surveys, learning & development activities, and more.
  • Research and prepare briefs on HR policies and topics.
  • Perform administrative duties for the HR team.
  • Coordinate data gathering and data entry for investor reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate management team meetings and retreats.
  • Support miscellaneous scheduling and administrative needs for the CEO and board of directors.

5. Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, HR focus preferred
  • Strong detail-orientation with data entry, administrative coordination, and overall organizational skills
  • Track-record of working with cross-functional teams, and executive-level personnel
  • Experience managing sensitive projects with a high-degree of confidentiality
  • Strong preference for ability to work in-person in Brooklyn, NY 2-3 days per week

8. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base compensation between $65-75k
