2. Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will use your strong problem-solving skills to develop actionable insights from data. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with Tableau and Excel. Your focus will help Twentyeight  Health make data-driven decisions. You will also be responsible for identifying patterns and trends in data, and finding innovative solutions to complex issues.

3. Manager

You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Product & Strategy, Livia Keseman, who has been with Twentyeight Health since 2020 as it’s employee #4.

4. Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for analysis.
  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that support business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Report Development & Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues, ensuring continuous data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Translate analytical results into actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and drive growth.
  • Documentation & Reporting Standards: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis procedures for reproducibility and transparency.

5. Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, math or a related field preferred
  • Proven track-record as a data analyst, specifically in a high-growth setting
  • 3+ years experience as a data analyst with 2-3 years of working with Tableau
  • Strong experience analyzing data with precision to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analytical prowess to identify trends, find innovative solutions, and be vigilant in identifying errors

8. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base compensation between $90-110k
